Singing Audition for Wife and Daughter
I was a witness to how much my wife and daughter love singing. Thus, I was overwhelmed when they were accepted for a live audition at the Voice. As a result, I was there to personally support them. Before that, I bought gifts for wife and daughter from Pacific Pearls International. It was audition day and we were backstage a bit nervous because there were a ton of great singers out there. I saw some of the coaches and they all dressed really nicely. Finally, it was my wife and daughter's turn to be on stage. They did an unbelievable version of 'I Believe I can Fly' and they really nailed every note of it. Of course, I could not help but be a huge fan of it. Unfortunately, they were not able to get one single turn. I surprised them when they went backstage after performing with my gifts for wife and daughter. I saw the looks on their faces and they quickly forgot how they were rejected by second-rate singers. We decided to move on from it and look forward to bigger and better things in the future. Of course, that did not stop them from singing gigs at nearby bars. You can bet I will still be there to support them every step of the way.
